About me

As a social scientist, all my training courses are based on evidence-based research findings and follow a highly participatory approach. In my trainings we meet at eye level. All participants are invited to actively participate in the development of the training. Ensuring a non-discriminatory and safe training environment is always a top priority. Nevertheless, the discussions and training sessions should be fun, practical and full of energy.

As time is our most precious commodity, all training sessions are strongly results-oriented and aim to develop concrete action plans, checklists and strategies that can be directly applied after the training. Each training is customized and tailored to your specific needs to achieve the best possible results.
