About me

As a social scientist, all my training courses are based on evidence-based research findings and follow a highly participatory approach. In my trainings we meet at eye level. All participants are invited to actively participate in the development of the training. Ensuring a non-discriminatory and safe training environment is always a top priority. Nevertheless, the discussions and training sessions should be fun, practical and full of energy.

As time is our most precious commodity, all training sessions are strongly results-oriented and aim to develop concrete action plans, checklists and strategies that can be directly applied after the training.
